This exclusive, private, prepaid, appointment-only program is an elite coaching experience tailored for clients seeking personalized attention. Dr. Liam will assess your physical imbalances, identify movement limitations, and design a progressive program to correct issues that prevent functional, mobile movement.
Sessions are conducted 2–3 times per week (minimum of 2) and are purchased in package form.
Ideal for clients unable to travel to the private studio, living outside the city or abroad, or for current clients who are on the go. These 40-minute virtual sessions focus on customized, progressive movement that can be performed in the comfort of your chosen environment. Bodyweight sessions are available as an option.
A stable Wi-Fi connection and compatible device (phone, PC, or iPad) are required. Virtual sessions mirror the structure and quality of in-studio coaching.
Available as part of your coaching program or as a stand-alone service, this offering is designed for clients who need nutritional support and guidance. Perfect for individuals managing LDL concerns, pre-diabetes or diabetes, fat loss with muscle retention, post-GLP-1 users, or bariatric patients (pre-, post-, or current).
Dr. Liam will help you implement nutritional strategies that align with your health goals and movement program.
Built for the self-motivated individual who has the drive to stay active but needs expert direction to enhance performance, alleviate discomfort, and gain true functionality. Dr. Liam provides personalized guidance, workouts, and mobility strategies to help you progress safely and effectively.
